NEGAUNEE, MICHIGAN — September 16, 2025 — Carey Sodergren Inc., a trusted Upper Peninsula provider of septic, sewer, and snow services, is proud to announce the addition of Stephanie Stratz as the company’s new Service Manager. Stephanie will oversee daily operations, support field teams, and ensure that clients continue to receive the high-quality, dependable service Carey is known for.
Stephanie brings more than a decade of customer service and heavy equipment management experience to her new role. She has built a career around helping others, supporting teams, and fostering positive and productive work environments. Her background also includes a degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured systems management.
A resident of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula since 2015, Stephanie has embraced the area’s natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, ATV riding, boating, and fishing with family and friends.
